Congratulations to Seth and Sienna for earning one of the highest belts in kids jiu jitsu They will be presented with their new belts on Thursday. Also congratulation to Noah for doing assisting teaching in the beginners and advanced kids classes and congratulations to mom, Seth, Sienna and Noah for earning plus points on their sparring techniques in adult karate.

The exercises and self defenses paid off. The twins were promoted to one of the highest belts in kids jiu jitsu.

Happy Birthday to beautiful Savannah

Sienna started riding horses when she was two and has been taking lessons now for about four years. She is jumping three feet and has won numerous ribbons at the Lexington Horse Shows, Union Hall near Charlottesville and Green hill in Roanoke, Va. We are now in the process of completing her very own stable and hopefully one day she will start her own horse schooling. She is also learning how to become a Ferrier and did a great job assisting with trimming hooves.

Seth and Sienna will earn the highest belt in Kids Jiu Jitsu next week if they pass
their long extensive test. This is their seventh year in Jiu Jitsu and eighth year in karate. Noah earned his black belt recently and is helping teaching the beginners and advanced kids classes. Everyone calls mom Bett in karate and she will be awarded her blue belt soon. She is ready for her one thousand jumping jacks sit ups., mountain climbs, self defenses and katas and much more. Congratulations to them.

We all had a great time in Karate and Jiu Jitsu tonight. Even our mom got to spar with us. What a great night! We also purchased new special made FEKS Martial Arts Hoodies. Noah also got to help out in several classes. We love this place.
