Luke is moving up fast and his orange belt Katas and self defenses, looks really strong. If he keeps going like this, he will be a black belt in no time. Proud Family.

Noah has been training in karate since he was 3 and has earned the highest belt in this class. He continued his training and earned five degrees of brown belt and then his junior black belt. He recently was awarded his adult black belt along with his mom and 2 older siblings. The family is presently training for their 2nd degree. Noah has been working with the junior black belt class since he was nine and he has made us so proud. He is presently 13.

Congratulations to Levi on earning his fourth degree Brown Belt. Congratulations to Seth and Sienna on earning their first adult blue belt in Jiu Jitsu. They have been training for a little over eight years in this class and congratulations to Luke on earning two plus points on his karate belt. Seth and Sienna, along with their brother Noah and mom recently earned their black belt in Karate as well. Their goal is to keep on thinking positive and looking forward to greater things Thanks to Master Bruce for the wonderful videos.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a martial art and combat sport based on ground fighting and submission holds. It focuses on the skill of taking an opponent to the ground, controlling one's opponent, gaining a dominant position, and using a number of techniques to force them into submission via joint locks or chokeholds.

They met their goal...They are Jr. Black Belts and Adult Black Belts in Karate. They are now training with their mom for a black belt in Krav Maga and Jiu Jitsu as well

Here is a video of Noah playing a few of his classical music pieces. His music instructor said he was doing exceptionally well and memorizes all of his assignments. Luke, Levi and Sienna are also studying piano and guitar.
